In all, it took about it me month to move the money to new accounts. Got transferred multiple times and nobody could give answers. The 800 number was terrible to deal with. Luckily his secretary helped or I would have no idea what to do. My advisor never reached out or tried to contact me and didn’t return emails. Not true since someone at the local branch was able to send them. I was told the forms to move the money had to be mailed to me. When I finally decided to move the money elsewhere, they went ultra quiet and didn’t respond to anything. The only time I got timely follow up from then was when I signed up and when I wanted to increase contributions. Each customer service representative had a different answer to the questions I asked. Alex basically said he couldn’t help with anything so to contact customer service. When I was so tired to them and wanted to move my money, I had to jump through so many hoops it took over 2 months to move my money! They invented one new issue after another. It was hard to get a hold of him some of the time and he did the bare minimum to help. He speaks a very convincing game and follows up with no action. My initial advisor, ALEX CRAMER was awful.
